How are you making tomorrow a better society?
I would like to prove that no matter what age you are, what your background is, that change is in our own hands. My foray into Re/Act was nerve wracking but I took the plunge by signing up for a start-up weekend (battling the fear of being the oldest participant there) and ended up meeting inspirational ladies who further shaped Re/Act into what is it today.
What is the “Why” behind what you do?
Simply the pure need to want to grow and contribute to Brunei and beyond.
By day, Fatin Muzini works as an Assistant Manager in Darussalam Enterprise where she manages the internal and external communication, branding and marketing for the organization which specializes in providing support services for local businesses in Brunei Darussalam (https://www.linkedin.com/in/fatin-muzini-61aaa5126)
What is the “why” behind why you started React?
Initially, I joined for the experience, but as the team and myself got deeper into the planning of what we wanted to do for React, I sincerely believe in what the bigger goal for React is which is to help businesses whether if that’s by sharing my professional experiences and tips or developing something for businesses to support their growth.

What change are you trying to make?
To make the world a better place, especially for children through education. I am doing this through Creativate, a social enterprise which focuses on soft skills development such as confidence building, communication and critical thinking of children through experiential learning. I want to show kids that learning does not necessarily take place only in classrooms, it can take place anywhere and it can be fun!
